Steph Joy Hogan's Scrapscapes are created from found paper ephemera, such as maps, book pages, brochures, any type of discarded paper scraps as well as scraps from other studio projects and special "paint pages" she creates to use up excess paint left on brushes and palettes after working in the studio. In most cases, the title of the Scrapscapes can be found hidden in the bits of text that show through layers of paint and other details.
