BOX & SCULPT CLASS

Join Theresa & Meaghan for workout class that combines boxing technique, strength training, and mobility exercises.

Join Theresa (former colliegate boxer) and Meaghan (Certified Personal Trainer) for a workout that will make you sweat. This 90 min Box and Sculpt workshop will combine strength training and boxing techniques for a full body workout that will leave you feeling empowered!

This workshop is for all levels - wraps and gloves will be provided for use during class.

Workshop format:

30 min Conditioning: stretching/warm-up and conditioning exercises that focus on core, cardio, and mobility.

30 Min Boxing Fundamentals: learn boxing stance, bounce, footwork, defensive maneuves, and punches

30 min Boxing Combos + Mobility: Time to put the gloves on and work on some boxing combos with mitts along with training exercises to build muscle and improve footwork.

This is a no-contact class, so there will be no sparring. Beginners are welcome and all equipment and supplies will be provided. Just wear workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to have fun!
