THE MAIN EVENT
At 11:30AM, music kicks off at the Community Stage (Canfield + Second) featuring Detroit-by-way-of-New-Orleans Gabriel Brass Band bringing the energy while the crowd gathers.

At 1PM, if the legendary Nain Rouge appears… we remind him that hope prevails in the city that rises from the ashes Opening ceremonies wrap as the Nain leads the procession toward Detroit Masonic Temple at 1:30PM — and remember, we don’t chase the Nain!
